No Fluff. Let Opportunities Come to You.
When Jaye Lill’s job was moved overseas, she had no time to wait. As a single mother during the 1980s dot-com crash, jobs were scarce and competition was high. Contract work was the best option, so she learned how to succeed in constant change.
BRING WORK TO YOU.
By solving problems and delivering results, Jaye built a strong reputation. Companies asked her back again and again, including Microsoft, Boeing, Siemens, Safeco Insurance, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Swedish Medical Center, Seattle Pacific University, and Weyerhaeuser International. She observed world-class methods (Cynefin, LEAN, Systems Thinking, Agile, PMBOK) to bring emerging tools to reality for a competitive edge. She discovered how people became Better, Faster, and Worth More. When one job ended, others were coming soon. She didn’t chase work—she built a system that brought work to her.
BUILD A REPUTATION.
By day, Jaye worked as a network engineer and program manager. At night, she coached people facing career and life challenges. Her clients came through word-of-mouth, because her approach worked.
Jaye and her clients learned how to use clear language to show their value, attract the right opportunities, and support people from many backgrounds. Over time, they faced real challenges—job changes, divorce, raising children, caregiving for cancer and Alzheimer’s, and unplanned retirement. Through it all, they learned how to stay calm, confident, and effective.
With over a decade at Boeing, she won an HR Excellence Award, while heading multi-million dollar workforce training programs. People are drawn to purpose and strong values, especially in uncertain times. That’s why Jaye was asked to put together organizational All Team meetings, in Coping with Change, for over 10 departments in several states.
