R+ Toolkit - Financial and Emotional Security
SKILLSETS — Build financial stability.
In times of change, skills are your anchor. Learning proven tools from others gives you a strong base to earn, adapt, and stay valuable. These skillsets create real competence—the kind that brings steady income, meaningful work, and choices you can rely on. Skills make you employable. They protect your finances when the world shifts.
MINDSETS — Build emotional security.
But skills alone are not enough. The people who move through uncertainty with calm and confidence think differently. Their mindsets give them inner safety. They recover faster, adapt sooner, and keep going when plans change. Mindsets create confidence—the emotional security that helps you trust yourself in any situation.
RESILIENCY — Turn learning into change.
Our tools bring skills and mindsets together through guided meditations, guided journals, and courses like Get Unstuck and Career Catalyst. This is not just learning—it is brain change. You become better, faster, and worth more, while building both financial stability and emotional strength that lasts.

Along with friends from Ivory Coast, and Ghana, my husband and I, who are from Cameroon, thoroughly enjoyed Part 1 of Get Unstuck. We brought our 12-year-old daughter to part 2. It went so well, we brought our 10-year-old son to Part 3.
The program gave our family a shared language for setting SMART goals and understanding how to create Happy Brain Chemicals for clearer thinking and rewired, resilient minds. It's a wonderful experience for kids, teens, and adults alike, helping everyone thrive in these changing times.

Jaye Lill developed Resiliency+ ™ program to help her family and friends thrive in challenging situations.
Jaye is an engineering and training leader with decades of experience guiding large, complex programs for global organizations. From the 1980s through the 2000s, she served as a consultant project manager for industry leaders including Boeing, Microsoft, Chase Bank, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Siemens, AT&T, T-Mobile, Weyerhaeuser, Seattle Pacific University, and Swedish Medical Center.
During periods of rapid change, Jaye led multi-million-dollar emerging technology programs across the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Each organization applied world-class methods, tools, and ideas to move faster and create greater value. Jaye became known for her ability to synthesize what worked best and teach it clearly to peers and clients. Outside normal work hours, she trained co-workers, job seekers and organizational leaders on how to apply these practices in real projects.
As contracts ended, Jaye built a repeatable system to reassess market shifts, build new skills, strengthen relationships, and communicate her value with clarity and confidence. This approach consistently led to new opportunities, repeat engagements, and increased responsibility and compensation.
In the 2010s and 2020s, Jaye shifted her focus to workforce development within Boeing’s Learning Excellence Organization. There, she helped develop, produce, test, and deliver courses for compliance, engineering, corporate, and production areas.
As a learning project manager, she led teams in multi-million-dollar training curriculum portfolio development and $10M + technology migration project.
She also founded the Coping-With-Change employee engagement program, which expanded into keynote program design, staff meeting presentations, and cross-organizational upskilling workshops for teams in transition.
Today, Jaye blends her expertise in building globally competitive workforces with her personal experience as a caregiver for a loved one with dementia. This perspective led her to deeply study restorative brain health and resilience. The result is a practical, human approach to leadership and self-mastery—one that supports strong performance, calm thinking, and a clear path forward.
Calm mind. Clear future.

Resiliency+ Clear Path Roadmap™ Program
Moving Through Transition:
From Uncertainty to New Opportunities
Life transitions often arrive without warning. A layoff. A career shift. Retirement that feels less freeing than expected. Even with experience and proven skills, change can disrupt confidence and raise financial concerns. Many people quietly ask themselves: Where do I fit now?
Transition does not mean something is wrong with you.
It means you are at a turning point.
With the right guidance and support, you move from a stressful scramble to keep up to a calm, intentional pathway forward.
challenge
Most people were taught to handle change by pushing harder and moving faster. Today’s world, however, is more complex, more uncertain, and less predictable than before. That mismatch creates real strain.
Common challenges include:
- Emotional ups and downs
- Loss of identity or self-worth
- Fear about income and stability
- Uncertainty about next steps
There is also pressure to “figure it out quickly,” even when what is truly needed is clarity, reassurance, and a steady pace.
Without structure and support, people often react to change instead of shaping it.
This is the gap the R+ Toolkit was built to address.
Why this program feels different
Resiliency+ Clear Path Transition is a science-based outplacement and transition program designed to stabilize people quickly, restore clarity, and accelerate re-employment—while protecting the organization’s reputation and long-term talent relationships.
Unlike traditional outplacement programs that focus primarily on resumes and job boards, R+ Clear Path Transition begins with neuro-resiliency—addressing the shock, stress, and cognitive overload that prevent people from thinking clearly and acting effectively after job loss. When the brain is regulated, people move faster, communicate their value better, and stay engaged through the final day.
Why this program feels different
- Built from 40 years of real-world re-careering experience, including high-risk populations (single parents, immigrants, people with disabilities, (including with neuro-divergent (autism, early onset dementia)), and those displaced by technology or outsourcing).
- Combines practical career execution with Neuro-Resiliency Learning Science, not motivation or therapy.
- Designed to work at scale (thousands of employees) while still feeling personal and respectful.
