Our team

We live resiliently

Our core team has been participants, and developers,  in the Resiliency+ program for years. We have enriched each other and enjoyed friendships and collaboration along the way. We help each other live richer, fuller lives.

Working together in the day, we met in homes to study in the evenings.

We internalized the strategies of world-class companies’ innovations and methods, such as LEAN, Digital networking, Software Design Life-cycle, Agile, Project Management and many, many more. 

And we shared these skills with other co-workers and job seekers, so we could all get better. 

One lady learned, just so she would have the words to teach her daughter. One man said the practices allowed him to try new work tools, without fear of getting fired.
