OBJECTIVE: Use self-assessments to give yourself a fresh view of what you a) can do well and b) love to do. Update your resume to pass the 3 gatekeepers and attract employers who match your interests.
OUTCOME:
Unique Value Proposition. (Value you bring, and how you bring it.)
Personalized Skills Table (Methods, Tools, and Ideas matrix).
OBJECTIVE: Explore the changing workforce. Get a realistic picture of skills desired. Know what their deep motivators are; in this you set yourself apart from those who ‘can do the job.’
OUTCOME:
Resiliency Job Match.
Matrix of your value (Methods, Tools, Ideas,)
across their Value Chain (Strategic Plan, Marketing, Planning, Execution, Customer Service).
OBJECTIVE: Develop a learning plan to meet newly emerging opportunities. Use the Loyalty Ladder to attract and capture interest from those match what you want.
OUTCOMES: Online Profile.
OBJECTIVE: Practice answering clarifying questions with your Mastermind (Study-buddy or Mentor). Review key ideas that show you the hidden skills they are really looking for.
OUTCOME:
Confidently discuss your experience and value.
OBJECTIVE: Understand the various levels (job zones), the language around responsibilities, the pay range for that level.
OUTCOMES:
Consider what, besides money brings you satisfaction, so you can get the best offer (or plan of advancement) for yourself.
